SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Items purchased on our online store will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Orders received after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following day. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed the next business day. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify us at cs@sunsetandbowery.com.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return any unused product in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will require proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges. You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 10 days of us receiving your return. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Unfortunately, gift cards can not be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

 

DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED PRODUCT

 If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at cs@sunsetandbowery.com. Please include your order number. Please attach a photo of the damaged package and product so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will send a replacement to you at no cost.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
